## 1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legal contract between Transcendmove (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “the Customer”) . By using our moving services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

## 2. Services provided
- **Scope of Services**: Transcendmove provides professional moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking.
- **Additional services**: Additional services (e.g. furniture dismantling, special goods treatment) are agreed separately.

## 3. Moving date and time
- The agreed moving dates as well as collection and delivery times must be clearly stated in the contract.
- Any imponderables (e.g. possible delays) should be taken into account in the contract.

## 4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- **Total Cost**: The contract should clearly state the total cost of the move, including any additional fees or costs.
- **Payment Methods**: Accepted payment methods (e.g. credit card, bank transfer) must be specified.
- **Deposit**: If required, details of deposit or advance payment should be provided.
- **Payment plan**: Due dates and payment plan (installments or total amount) must be clarified.

## 5. Insurance and liability
- **Liability Coverage**: Transcendmove provides liability coverage for goods transported. Details of cover amounts and any additional insurance options should be clearly stated.
- **Electrical and Mechanical Damage**: We are not liable for any electrical or mechanical damage to items being transported as their condition prior to moving is unknown.
- **Lost Items**: Unless an inventory list is completed prior to the move, we are not liable for lost or misplaced items.

## 6. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Procedures, penalties and deadlines for cancellations or rescheduling should be established.
- Any fees associated with cancellations or rescheduling must be clearly communicated.

## 7. Inventory and condition of goods
- An inventory of the goods transported is kept for traceability during the move.
- The moving contract should contain a detailed list of all items being transported.

## 8. Choice of law
This agreement is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
